You don’t have to be barking to take part in Saturday’s Ruff Dugger, but it helps. The event is Scotland's first obstacle/mud trail run for runners with dogs and features a technical, muddy, off track route. Sunday sees the inaugural Barry Buddon Half Marathon held at Barry Buddon military taining area, which hosted the Commonwealth Games' shooting events. Participants will be relieved to know that that the only shooting on the day will be the starter's pistol.

Good luck to everyone racing this weekend, and remember you can check our race listings for your results!
