News - Launch Of New Hull Marathon

There was a keen sense of anticipation in Hull yesterday as event management company, World Events, launched the city’s new marathon. The race, organised for Sunday 13 September 13, will showcase the Hull in the lead up to its hosting of the UK City of Culture 2017.

Race Listing

Halloween RunnerAs Halloween fast approaches, runners this weekend will be hoping to fast approach the finish line at several spooky-themed events. Participants will don their scariest outfits at The Halloween Hellraiser in Cheshire, Worksop Halloween Half Marathon, and the Halloween Horror Rivington Night Runner in Horwich. On a non-Halloween related note, Accrington Road Runners hold their annual 10K on Sunday, featuring a semi-rural, undulating course.
