10ks dominate the running calendar this weekend. Returning for a second year, the Wrap Up and Run Sheffield 10K is described as ‘the perfect scenic, chip timed race to shake those winter blues’. Talking of scenic, the Ron Hill Accrington 10K has a picturesque, slightly undulating route around Accrington town centre then onto the old railway cycle path. Keighley BigK 10K provides a multi-terrain event that links Keighley's four superb parks. Lastly, billed as one of the fastest 10k road races in the north, Cheshire 10K takes participants around the flat and rural roads of Antrobus.
