THe Spine 30The Spine Race witnessed its largest completion rate yet as 30 runners successfully endured 268 miles of non-stop mountainous terrain across the Pennine Way.

News - January Discount For Manchester Race

Manchester 10k 2014Organisers Sports Tours International is offering a January discount for the We Love Manchester 10k. Known as 'the people's race', the event is scheduled for 13 July and will see runners start and finish at the Regional Athletics Track, Sportcity next to the Manchester City's Etihad stadium.

Race Listing

Ferriby 10k RunnersLast weekend's race results are now available online at northernrunningguide.com.

A couple of 10ks and one 10-miler this weekend. PB hunters will be tempted by the prospect of Sunday's Meltham 10K which has a revised course, missing out one big descent and climb making it considerably faster than previous years. Also on Sunday, there's the Welcome Tavern 10K in Preston.

Then there's Hull AC's Ferriby 10 Mile race in Skidby, East Yorkshire. Held since 1954, it is one of the most popular races in the area.
