News - Freya Hoping To Be Homecoming Queen

Newlywed Freya Murray Ross is hoping to become the first homegrown athlete to win the Bupa Great Edinburgh Run since its return in 2005. The Edinburgh-native now lives in Newcastle but will return home to take part in the 10k race on Sunday (7 October).

News - Mo Ponders Marathon Move

Mo Farah has indicated that he is ready to make his marathon debut on the streets of London. Farah who enjoyed a dream two weeks in the capital when winning Olympic gold in the 10,000m and 5,000m is set to step up in distance in his hometown, possibly in time for the 2014 Virgin London Marathon.

News - Onwards And Upwards At Bennachie Hill Race

The 23rd annual Bennachie Hill Race will be held this Sunday (7 October) and starts at the Back o'Bennachie car park near Oyne. The race, an 8 mile route with 1150 feet of ascent around the Garioch's most famous landmark, takes in Watch Craig, Oxen Craig, Craigshannoch and Mither Tap itself.
