Rise To The Charity Challenge

Runners in the 2009 8K Undersliff RunRise, the Sussex refuge and domestic abuse charity, is urging people to take up the gauntlet of their brand new running challenge. Entrants will be registered into three of Sussex's best races in 2010/11, each one increasing in length and difficulty. Culminating the challenge, will be entry into the 2nd Brighton Marathon in April next year. Read More.

Up and Coming Races

Southern Running Guide May Race ListingsSaturday will see runners in Guildford will take part in the Monthly 5K Time Trial, while Basildon will host the Little Havens 5K the following day and the Crown To Crown 5K August Evening Race on Wednesday August 11.
Next Saturday, runners will be taking part in the South Coast Classic Triathlon and Hard as Snails 10K, with the South Coast Half Marathon, 10K and 5K taking place the following day. Sunday, August 15 will also see runners tackle the Mid-Kent 5 and Isle of Wight Half Marathon.
